This organization is the first yoga community in Korea and is a place that continues the tradition of authentic yoga in Korea. You can learn not only yoga movements, but also breathing techniques and mindset that you should have when practicing yoga, and you can also learn purification methods and yoga theory. Therefore, unlike modern yoga that emphasizes only the exercise aspect, you can become aware of your current state by breathing slowly and get one step closer to authentic yoga. In particular, you learn a meditation method that provides rapid relaxation and rest to the entire body while staying between sleep and wakefulness, and it is a meditation method that is so popular that there is a separate workshop for it. Project activities


This project is a program to control your mind through yoga and meditation in Jangheung, Jeollanam-do. You will learn yoga that has been reorganized to fit the present based on the yoga practice method that has been passed down from ancient times, and through it, you can face your true self.

You can apply whenever you want because you will learn a different type of yoga every month.

Participants will have time to learn the theory of yoga and time to focus on themselves while practicing it directly.

12:00 ~ Return home after lunch

Introduction to the organization


This organization is the first yoga community in Korea, located in Jangheung-gun, Jeollanam-do, known as Jeongnamjin.

It is a place that provides and nurtures a resting place for those who pursue a healthy, yogic life.

We offer various programs such as yoga experience, local room where you can light a firewood, a table prepared with organic produce, and eco-friendly ecological experience.

We will warmly guide you on the path to making your body and mind healthy, tired of modern life.


A word from the local organization manager

I was born in Jangheung, Jeollanam-do, and started yoga in 1997, which helped me recover my health and find peace of mind.

So in 2002, I returned to my hometown and started running a yoga community, and after building a red clay ondol room, I have been providing a resting place for those who are wandering.

Yoga is not only helpful physically and mentally, but is also a holistic exercise that can develop and enhance human potential. If you come to our yoga community, we will help you cleanse and purify your mind through ample conversation and consistent yoga practice.
